Who processes the data

What we collect

Only what you enter in the inquiry form: business name, what you do and where, e-mail or phone number, a link to your profile or ad, and your message.

Why

To reply and to make the proposal you asked for (steps before entering a contract at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who else has access

The site and the form run on Netlify, which processes the data on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and scripts load from this site, not from other services.

How long

As long as needed to answer your inquiry and for any work together, then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to processing, at ommstudio.hr@gmail.com. You can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
